YODOn 25th August 1975, Father Yod took the Source Family to the top of a cliff on the eastern shore of Oahu, Hawaii. Despite having no previous airsports experience, he leapt off a 1300 ft cliff using a hang glider and he crash landed on the beach below.
The Source Family rejected all forms of conventional medicine; Father Yod died from his injuries nine hours later, surrounded by The Source Family.
