Small HoursThe second salvo on Small Hours is something of an all-star affair, with four fresh, previously unheard cuts from some seriously talented producers. Huerta leads the way with "Hey Fredo", a rubbery and atmospheric affair that effortlessly joins the dots between locked-in deep house and bleep techno, before DJ Pipe wraps dreamy chords, funk-fuelled guitar notes and toasty organ riffs around a squelchy bassline on "Sky Lounge". Over on side B, Youandewan heads towards peak-time floors via the hypnotic and psychedelic throb-job "Cauliflower Wing", while Rub800's "Cmon" flits between deep electro grooves, bleeping electronica and toasty deep house.
