Label
EastenderzGiven that both label and artist have a reputation for rarely missing the mark, you'd expect this Eastenderz outing from Vlad Arapasu to be pretty darn good. It is, of course, with the Romanian flitting between glitchy, undulating and hypnotic late-night minimalism (see "Udont" and the bleeping, bass-heavy tech-house space of "Cavity") and bolder material that's surprisingly upbeat in tone. In this category you'll find opener "What Is The Point", where a rubbery synthesizer bassline and cut-up vocal samples bounce away atop a crunchy tech-house groove, and the darker, dirtier and more intergalactic flex of EP highlight "Little Walker".
