Portugal's Assemble Music return with more carefully curated house music - this time courtesy of Italian veteran Enrico Mantini. For those who don't know, Mantini is internationally renowned as one of the founders of the deep house sound. Making his debut in the music industry nearly three decades ago, he's since appeared on cult labels such as UMM and Smoothsounds, runs the wicked Veniceberg Records and these days is an acclaimed mastering engineer. Originally released in 1995, the Hypnotizer EP gets a worthy reissue here and it still sounds as good as it did 23 years ago, we must say. From the old school swing of the Virtual Hypnosis mix, through to the deep and sexy late night mood lighting on the Nostalgic All track - don't sleep on this highly sought after classic.
