access franceLazare Hoche and Malin Genie join forces for a sublime trip through psychoactive tech house that edges away from minimal and into a more colourful, analogue headspace. 'Deep Again' revels in swooping pad swells and rounded lead hooks, of course strapped to one of those impeccably executed four-to-the-floor beats. 'NMS' jacks things up with a punchy synth line and snappy claps that are perfectly honed for the peak time, but there's still a luxuriant melancholy lingering behind the rhythm section thanks to more spacious atmospherics. This is as classy as tech house gets, but what else did you expect from two operators in their absolute prime?
